How can I lose cheek fat and double chin to have a jawline?
I understand your problem, trust me I have been there.
so many people on on google and on youtube say you have to chew gum, some say you have to do facial exercise. I didn’t chew gum but I did facial exercises for a month, the results? I didn’t loose any fat!!!! though I noticed some changes in my face, the changes were subtle, I was the only one able to see it maybe because I was so focused on my face and could not think of any other thing, the changes were so subtle that it was as good as no change.
It was months later I noticed the cause of the problem, and I will share that with you so you don’t go doing facial exercises that will never work but make you look and feel stupid(I felt that way).
Firstly, you need to understand that they so many factors to be considered as to why a person’s face may appear fat, it may be because you are fat, it may be because of genetics(this is very very very important, it plays a major in the way your face looks) it may be because you are consuming food high in salt which makes the body retain water( one of the reasons why some slim people have fat cheeks) and it may be because you aren’t getting enough sleep or it may be because you are not eating right but of all these or it may it’s because of chronic inflammation but the factor very high on the list is FAT and GENETICS BUT MORE OF FAT.
You need to understand your face reflects the amount or percentage of fat in your body, the moment you understand this, every other thing becomes redundant, why? because you will be solving the problem from the root Instead of chewing gum.
To have the kind of face you desire my dear friend is to maintain low body fat levels.
I don’t know how much percentage of fat you have in your body right now but if you have more than %15 of fat then your face should already be a bit chubby or fat.
Trying to reduce or get rid of the fat in your face by some funny exercise or chewing gum is considered fat reduction which is impossible, it works but the results are so subtle that they are insignificant.
So to reduce your face fat and have a slim face you have to reduce your overall body fat, how do you do this? well you can start by watching what you eat then follow up with exercise.
Regarding how long it takes, am sorry because no one quora can answer that question because it depends on your present body fat and human beings are different, my body might loose fat first in my face while your body might shed off the fat in your arm first, no two people are the same right? However, I noticed a change in the shape of my face after about a month or so.
Three months should be okay to see great results, like I said, it depends on your present fat levels.
some tips to go with:
#1. maintain low body fat levels.
#2. Reduce chronic inflammation.
#3. Reduce water retention.
#4. Get a sexy haircut or change your hair style ( this changes the faces of so many people including me. lol)
P.S: Don’t just focus on losing face fat but on overall body fat as the face will naturally lose its fat in the process.
